LCA International Food Fair
The LCA class recently held an international food fair as part of their Hotel & Catering module. Each girl chose a country and undertook to cook a dish from that place and present it to staff and students in the form of finger food at lunch time. The food fair was very successful with the girls cooking dishes ranging from Thai curries to Mexican tacos to French eclairs. The students and staff thoroughly enjoyed their lunches that day and the LCA co-ordinator Ms O’ Connell was very pleased. Well done to all concerned.
