St Patrick’s College Student Council 2014/15

The Student Council is back in full swing again this year. Elections were held back in September where the following were elected to the committee:

The council is involved in several aspects of school life, and serves as a liaison between the staff and the student body. The main focus of the Student Council this year has been establishing our ‘Green Schools’ committee, which so far has been a great success, with the introduction of recycling in the school. We meet once a month to discuss new ideas, and set out targets. Our main goal for 2015 is to implement the Green Schools initiative to the best of our ability, and hopefully earn St. Patrick’s a green flag!
