TY Students to go to Morocco

Five TY students and their teacher Ms Troy are off to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco for a five day hike in May. They will be joined by students and teachers from two other schools. The girls will land in Marrakech and go from there to the Atlas Mountains, where they will hike and camp. The culmination of their trip will be a visit to a Moroccan village where they will help out in a community development project. The girls and Ms Troy have been in training over the last five weeks, hiking in the Galtee Mountains, fundraising for the community development project and learning about Moroccan culture. The five girls going to Morocco are Jessica Bloss, Jessica Walsh, Emma Furlong, Chloe Nagle and Angie Heaney.
